A plate note names what it leaves out
A reader in Bakersfield, or anywhere else, should be able to see the edge of the note. If a sauce is on the plate and the note never mentions it, the reader cannot tell a gap from a choice. Lanshe Gourmet LLC writes the foods outside the note on the same page as the foods on the plate. The page also prints the day the note stops. A note without that day is not finished. The page does not sell food and it does not set a price.
